N400 documents & tax problem

hi..i'm about to file for citizenship based on a 3 yr marriage. i have all the supporting documents but the problem is i only have 2 tax return that are being filed as joint. the other one which is 2007 i filed single because that was the advise of the tax advisor in H&R coz i have only a low income, and my husband filed household. can just sumbit my recent tax return which is filed jointly or they need all of the 3 years? thanks

I think your tax service might have done you a disservice.... MFJ rates are typically lower than Single + HOH... not sure why they did that....

Not another head of household filing while married! Don't deal with H&R Block, but see their countless commercials on TV and their full guarantees. Would hit them for an amended return, with them paying for all the fees, and fines. They claim they do that. May have to hire an attorney and take them to court if they don't.

Well, you need the fine print. It might not be as easy as it sounds in commercials and a lawyer might not be able to help.
