Hi guys I’m here again asking question, I been searching about this but I cant find similar of my situation but I decided to post here …guys is it true that my husband he need to fill-up two forms for each of I-134 affidavit of support, 1 for me and 1 for my daughter? Anyway we’re doing K3 and k4 but we have also co-sponsor my mother in-law and she will be fill-up two forms too? Has anyone here has an example form how to fill-up I-134 so that we have guide

Taken from the I-134 instructions:

If you are sponsoring more than one alien, you must submit a separate Form I-134 for each alien.

Check the guides above, in your case, the Example Forms - which has the I-134

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Husband has to fill out a I-134 for each of you with supporting evidence. Co sponsor has to naman.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
