hi i hope i can get more response can anyone gave me the best way to contact us embassy manila because i am really desperate which alternative way to call to us embassy with out PLDT landline phone help pls.........

Before you can only call USEM with a landline PLDT not anymore nowadays. You can call the embassy using your cellphone and wont'cost you P55 per minute(Noon yon).

I was able to call the USEM with only P20 in my cp.. that was 7 months ago.Try calling them with any cellphone ,you can even with a $1 load.
