hi everybody,

recently i got my EAD production ordered. based on I-485 for K1 holders of course.

so im wondering about for how long its valid?...do i have to worry about renewing it in the future?

any ideas or help would be appreciated.

AOS time line:

March 9, 2009... EAD ordered.

March 14, 2009... Received EAD Card.

March 16, 2009... AOS approved.

March 28, 2009... Green card received.

EAD card is good for one year. There is no fee to renew your EAD if your AOS is still pending before your EAD will expires.

Just to clarify the EAD is based on your pending I-485, the K1 is dead and gone, your status now is Adjustment Pending not K1. I hope you checked the correct option on the EAD form, C9 (AOS Based) and not A6 (K1 Based).

You maybe want to update your profile and timeline as they indicate you are filing for K1.
