I'm trying to file an I-129F. I'm doing this thru the help of this website and this site have been very informative.

I have a couple of questions:

G-325a and letter of intent, Can this be signed and date, scanned to email? or Does this have to be the originals that goes in the I-129F? So I can file it as soon as possible and not have to wait these on the mail.

I-129F Question 14: Does this have to be the petitioner's permanent address? or Can this address be different such as a relative's address?

Advance thanks to the people that will answer my questions. I do appreciate your help.

The only originals required for a K1 submission are the letter of intent and the 4 pages of the G325A. 8 total.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Hello,

G-325A - you need to print it (4 copies each, you and your partner), and you have to sign in the "Applicant's signature portion" including the date. All signatures MUST be original in this form, you can just print one copy of this form then just make another 3 clear photocopy to make it 4 then thats the time that you have to sign it, coz the signature needs to be original.

- you can file it as soon as you can together with some of the forms needed in filing for the K-1 visa.

for Q-14: The wise thing to do is to put the petitioner's permanent address, since it is a very important documents. And besides , the petitioner's permanent address is the one that is required. Be consistent in filing-up the forms. You need to ONLY use 1 address.

Good luck

This is not correct.

The GUIDES here suggest original signatures for the G325 but there is a USCIS memo from long ago which states an RFE can not be issued, nor a case denied because there is no original signature.

That being said, we know that it appears not every adjuticator is on the same page with this (big surprise, I know). I have not seen an RFE issued for original signature in a long time but I still would not advise one not to get them if they can.

My husband scanned the I-134 when he sent it to me thru email. I think of the same valid procedure when doing with G32a. But be sure to scan it very well so it will appear as original. Your printer must be doing good to get a clear copy of it too.

Eternally destined,

you cant just make copies of the G325a to get 4 versions of it!!! every page will have a different code/number on the lower corner, every page will be forwarded to different sections at uscis.

when you fill out the first page in the pdf file it will automatically fill your info in on the other pages, then print it!

as far as the signatueres, i would sent in original signatueres. better safe than sorry!
