I am new member here ...i just have quick question about my G-325A is the question was" applicant's residence last five years. List present address fisrt"?

My question is...is that ok if i did not put my birth place? I only filled up the form only 5 years of my resident...i am quick confuse and worry of it..i hope it dont bother me..........

plz need your help...so that i can send another form to my fiace as soon as possible soon.

I am sure that is fine, most people im sure havent lived in the same place they were born in in the last 5 years. I know i sure havent.
