I knew you guys would be okay! Hope everyone has a great Friday!

Especially the adjudicators at VSC—a great and productive Friday! :)

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

The first time I went through the process (late 2003/early 2004), some states submitted applications to the Texas Service Center (TSC). At that tme, Vermont averaged about 30 days for approval while Texas (where OUR case was, of course :crying: ) averaged 8-9-10 MONTHS. People even organized rallies outside the TSC heaquarters to protest the disparity.

why is the adjudication timeline moving the opposite direction? :( at the moment it says we'd be adjudicated july 15-august :(

Most of the recent approvals have been older ones dating back to Dec and Jan. That then projects a longer overall timeframe for us still pending. But once more Feb and March filers get approved, the estimated dates should begin to shift back. Based on your NOA1 date, I don't think you'll have much longer to wait at all.

I never would have believed my journey to happiness would begin with something called an "I-129F"

03/19/09 - I-129F Sent

03/20/09 - NOA1 (rec'd harcopy 3/26/09)

03/24/09 - Check cleared

03/25/09 - Touched

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list

Hang in there everyone. The NOA2 email / document will arrive before you know it. Patience is the key ingredient through this process. My fiance just received the visa in her passport one week ago and we filed mid-late November and had to endure an additional 31 days at the NVC for "Additional Processing". Talk about frustrating.

We definitely feel for everyone dealing with the anxiety and feeling as though this visa process completely controls your ability to plan ANYTHING.

If there is anything we can do to assist anyone here, please do not hesitate to send a PM. VJ is where you can find the support everyone. Take advantage of it. We are all in this together in one way or another.

Good grief what a long wait this has been.

How is everyone hanging in? Any news?

We're still waiting to hear something. :/ It feels as if we've been forgotten about. The USCIS website says they haven't even checked out our file since March. What's up with that? :/

My fiance has been staying with me for the past two months but he will be leaving to go back to the UK in two days. It's tearing my heart out. This entire process is just wrong, you know? People should be able to be together and that's that. :(

Warm wishes to everyone.

you're lucky you got to have your fiance for that long ; but the longer he had stayed with the harder it is when he leaves, so toughen up a little :) my fiance was only here for only 2 weeks inclusive of travel times and it felt like nothing ive ever felt before; i couldnt understand how it was  :crying::crying: even after a week or a month i still would end up crying so much because i missed our QTs..

hopefully you two wont have to wait for so long to be together again :)

this whole waiting and the beautiful outcome is the only thing that keeps me going; even though it's hard, at least we have something to look forward to plus it just proves how great our love is for our SOs..& it definitely makes our love stories so much more unique than others :blush:

Good morning March... Our time is coming... each day we get closer and closer. With the recent approvals of older petitions our time lines have been pushed out but as soon as they start approving March our time lines will move in the right direction again. I know it is hard to say goodbye to our SOs when they visit or we visit them (lord knows I just had to do it myself) but our time is coming. So just a little more patience is required.

Happy Monday everyone
