wonder what happened to the dragon fly?? maybe you better ask the BIG bug!! dont know how you sleep around there, with all those THINGS coming around. ARE YOU APPROVED YET??? we are end of March NOA1's, so hurry up and get approved so they can work on mine!!!

well, ive been checkin on my email and my boo's email neither one of us has received anything from USCIS yet; he cant call USCIS either coz he's on a mission and i talked to his sister they ddnt receive anything in the mail yet imthinking ill just call NVC around wednsday morning hehehe who knows they might already have it lol

lmao i officially like you.. champagne,wow generous lol although ive never drank champagne; i get tipsy even with just a shot of vodka or whatever it was my former classmates made me drink during our farewell party lol; i dont really drink so thus hubby lol

but im not saying a no to getting drunk at one point but at home with my guy then do some drunk.."networking" as missy coded lol

i think from cris; but i think it'll get sent to ur inbox rather than ur spam mail im pretty sure it wont contain huge attachments

no i ddnt call yet, i read on here that best to call on wednesdays they receive lots more cases..not sure if its true anyway i think it's too late to call atm lol

Hey Just so you know- I also did not receive my NOA-1 in the mail. My lawyer got a copy but the petitioner (me) is also supposed to receive a copy. So I had to call them and it's a standard request for a copy of the NOA-1. It took a while for me to finally speak to someone but all you have to do is ask for a copy of the NOA-1 receipt. I got mine a week later.

Actually I think technically you have to make a request for a 'Duplicate Receipt Notice"

So I had to call them and it's a standard request for a copy of the NOA-1. It took a while for me to finally speak to someone but all you have to do is ask for a copy of the NOA-1 receipt. I got mine a week later.

Actually I think technically you have to make a request for a 'Duplicate Receipt Notice"

ok well thanks for the info boo called the military hotline they said they wont send one anymore and they said it's not important, i actually kept telling the guy whom we were talking to that we must get one, he said they cant do that; and i told him how about the NOA2 coz if that gets lost; that's a whooping $340 for another copy i gave him a piece of my mind and all he did was tell me that's not their fault.. some service huh?

anyway, how dd u ask for the duplicate? just tell them when u call the center or something? or do we have to write to them .. would def. wanna know and thanks again

All you have to do is call the USCIS hotline. It shouldn't cost you any money for a duplicate. You push whatever option is available for 'other' because there isn't a specific number to push for 'duplicate receipt notice'.

I'm not familiar with military hotline procedures, but there should be no reason by the USCIS office cannot send you a duplicate receipt notice.

You do not have to write. Just call USCIS. I literally just said to them 'I need to request a duplicate receipt notice for my NOA-1 because mine got lost in the mail."

This is not a complicated or strange request, so it shouldn't be too much trouble to get it. Going through the military hotline may make it more complicated, so I suggest trying to go directly to USCIS yourself. Cut out the middle man.

Happy Monday my March Family....

We are back to reality from the tropical paradise... I am glad to see February above 50% and the first March approval.
