06/14/2012 I-751 package delivered

06/19/2012 Check Cashed

06/20/2012 NOA received(dated 06/15/2012)

07/06/2012 NOA Biometrics letter(dated 7/3/2012)

07/18/2012 Biometrics Done (only on Husband)

02/21/2013 Email received-card in production

thats right, i,m holding that date.........it will be easy for my fiance to remember our wedding anniversary!!! :whistle:

Morning,

I dislike that I have ever found this section on the forum, Ive been looking at it every day now :/.

I have a question for you all,

when we receive noa 2, and my fiancee gets the packet,

does she have to go do the full medical before returning the signed paper or can she just make an appointment and sign it and send it in , then she goes and does the medical.

I want to cut down that time, because I'm sure medical/police take awhile, no?

I believe this might be specific to the embassy. For Manila, they can take the medical as soon as they have the NOA2, before scheduling the interview. Might ask the forum for your region to be sure.

03/24/09 - Check cleared

03/25/09 - Touched

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list

I am confused. When it says 'based on your time line may be adjunctated by so and so date"

is 'adjuncated' this POE or when we get NOA2?

Does anyone have a clear list of how this works? I feel like the more questions I ask the more confused I get. And my lawyer doesn't help.

This date for adjudication is when it is estimated you'll receive the NOA2.

03/25/09 - Touched

Its means you should be receiving your NOA2. Chick the Guides at the top of your screen and look at the K-1 flowchart for an overview of the whole process.

04/30/2009 - I-129F sent to VSC

03/30/2010 - Interview @ MTL APPROVED!

04/13/2010 - POE @ Pearson International

05/23/2010 - WEDDING

AOS Journey

07/20/2010 - AOS/AP/EAD Sent

07/21/2010 - package received at Chicago

07/28/2010 - check cashed

07/30/2010 - received NOA1 in mail

08/01/2010 - received biometrics letter

08/20/2010 - walk in biometrics completed

08/23/2010 - finally entered into USCIS online -AP's touched on Aug11 and EAD and AOS touched on Aug20 08/30/2010 - AOS/EAD touched

09/09/2010 - AP approved (email notice)

09/13/2010 - Received email that EAD was approved on Sept 10

10/04/2010 - Received interview letter in Mail

11/09/2010 - Interview-APPROVED! 112 days

11/09/2010 - Card Production 11/22/2010 - Green Card received

ROC Journey

08/11/2012 - Eligible to file for ROC10/11/2012 - sent in I-751 (late)10/16/2012 - received NOA 11/20/2012 - biometrics

They are not working on the middle of Feb yet. A few in the beginning of Feb. I'm Feb 10 and there is only one VJer around that time approved. I would suspect we will get our inthe next week or two.. I hope

My SO is flying in today from Denmark for 9 days... I am so excited!!!

Great news. You'll probably one of very few hoping the weekend goes by slowly! As someone said before, I used to like weekends. But now they just mean "no news on approvals" for 2 days.

I feel the exact same way! LOL! I thought I was the only one that thought that.... and I don't even enjoy my weekends because I am restless and know that time is going by without my significant other and I feel miserable...
