We also filed in March 2009.

Just found this website...takes longer than we imagined.

Also we decided to use the lawyers to not risk mistakes and a time delay.

K-1 Visa

Days between events...

129F sent NOA1 = 17 days

NOA1 to NOA2 = 150 days...that is 5 MONTHS

NOA2 to NVC in = 11 days

NVC in to NVC out = 24 days

NVC out to being told date of interview = 18 days

NVC out to Interview = 77 days...WAY TOO LONG !

Service Center : Vermont Service Center

Consulate : Moscow, Russia

I-129F Sent : 2009-02-27

I-129F NOA1 : 2009-03-16

I-129F NOA2 : 2009-08-13

NVC Received : 2009-08-24

NVC Left : 2009-09-17

Consulate Received : approx : 2009-09-30

Medical exam, Dr Boris : 2009-12-01 Marina passed...with a few shots

Interview : 2009-12-02...Marina passed!!! Visa in hand

Where did the last year go?

Wait wait wait, now we rush to both be ready.

She flys out this Friday, and we both have so much to do!

The house looks as only a guy has lived here for many years.

Processing

Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 150 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 261 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

March for us also.

I would highly recommend Skype and QIP.

Both help us make the time pass betrter.

We keep in touch daily, as we can read what the other post while we sleep.

and each few days we Skype, can see and speak in real time

They should change the name of this forum to : NON Progress report.....

Now I am all the way up to august 27.... from July 15.

I just came back from the USA, and the wait bothers me even more.

By the way, I probably got the flu, but it is really mild... I went to the airport clinic two days later I came back, but they did not really care. It seems that the test cost 300$ so if you are not really sick they do not even bother. (They may also have limited supplies too).

Anyway I am just staying home resting now. I do not recommend you visit New York. If you really need to go, avoid china town, the subway, and if you do not care about your looks, wear a mask.

me and my boo have used skype ever since vve first started talking... and vve still talk everyday thru it ...i love skype :) vve cant live vvithout it lol

Have a happy week, lets all expect excellent news. I was reading that the processing of the background check of the FBI and the USCIS is almost done. Maybe this was the reason of the whole delay we have been put through.

I'm getting mine around the same time... ;) ..

well,, congratulations to all of us..i really hope none of us get RFEs or any more delays... this waiting is totally annoying.. VSC's supposed to be a lot faster :(
