Hey Everyone!!!

I think Missy is right. We can get as angry as we want and it is not going to produce any changes in the timelines.... I think we are here to support each other in this process and the best we can do is pray to be reunited soon with our loved ones... So a big hug for all of you and lets keep our hopes high!!!!

Way to go MissMissy!

Another Missy? With numbers? Welcome aboard! Yes, some get approved quickly, especially if the case is expedited due to military or other reasons. Also, for quite a while Cali Service Center was chugging along a lot faster than VSC. But, unfortunately, CSC has slowed down rather than VSC speeding up. So the timelines will probably start evening out.

Bottom line is that we're stuck until they get moving again. I would say, however, that we're doing it with good grace and aplomb - only very brief outbursts yelling at the lazy @2&$%@#. Ooops, there I go again. Tourettes, terrible affliction.

hahah yeah i did notice there's already a missy hehehe :D hello missymiss

anyvvay, my fiance's in the military but the reasons to get expedited though is likely for  "life & death " situations.. and my boo's in Okinavva

vvould it help though if vve vvould keep calling the USCIS? like a plea to drive them crazy so they'll approve ours soon lol

this vvaiting is taking forever :( but yeah i did see these 2 other profiles from PI too and they got approved for the petition quite fast.. like NOA2 a month after NOA1

Missy, I am fine... thanks for asking :)

I think I am just going to work around the house. My SO is coming in 31 days and the house is a MESS! I need to hang some photos, work in the yard, clean, clean, clean... and clean some more :)

As for reading... just VJ :P

Hi ,

I think they have monday off too.maybe someone will be working on some petitions this weekend from there homes

Wouldn't really count on it. It's a long weekend with federal holiday on Monday. Most people have better plans than working from home. I hope I am wrong, though...

I don't see California approving anything any faster. I see the averages, and until we get the NO2, we are still a part of the same waiting-game. It sucks. I mean think about it, we are all on here because we want support and direction. Some have personal obstacles that are keeping them apart, and the rest of us are just plagued with the USCIS dictating when we can go on living again. None of it is fair... Our timeline does not show anything right now.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...&page=times

No offense, but in my book average of 83 days (CSC) vs. 124 days (VSC) is faster.

Thank you for finally seeing that the averages are simply that - an average based on past numbers and dates. Until more CSC people start receiving approvals, we are all on the same timeline. This is bullocks (as Vik would say). Waiting and waiting and waiting does get you you, and i'm sorry my friend, but your journey has just begun.

-Kam

Kam - will you post pictures of your wedding and the preparations? You are gorgeous and I am dying to see things along the way. When I was 12, I lived in South Carolina and my best friend was from India.....we used to dress up in her mom and grandmother's saris and wear all of her jewelry and pretend we were princesses. I bet you will look like a princess too. Please post photos??
