Yeah Florida has great winters....summer damn near killed me though. I've been here visiting in Tampa since July and then will be going back home in December..hopefully my interview will be scheduled around then and then I'll be turning around and coming right back after I have that visa in hand.

I had to have my 18 year old poodle put to sleep this morning. It was sad.

I'm sorry to hear that :( I remember years ago we had to put our family dog to sleep due to old age....it was so sad, he was such a wonderful dog but the vet told us he'd be better off...he was in alot of pain so we had no other choice.

@ March family - How many people have their SO back here in the states? Is Stephen the only one?

I believe Odessa (of Michey and Odessa fame) is here and married to Michey now, going by the dates in her signature timeline.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Elisha and I went down to the Social Security office to apply for her SSN this afternoon after lunch. No hassles whatsoever. I had printed out the policy document about K-1s, but the lady who waited on us seemed to be familiar with them and didn't ask for anything other than the application form and Elisha's passport. She should have the card in about a week.

Mine was supposed to be here 3 weeks ago, but thanks to USEM loosing our paperwork :crying: . Well....they finally say they found it and approved the visa Tuesday (over a month after the interview), so hopefully she will be here in 2 more weeks.
