Hey Richard, Missy, Stan, Stephen!!! how is it going everybody??? I hope we are all okay my March Family, let´s keep praying and giving our good Lord thanks and praises because he takes such good care of all us. Well, let me tell you that the same day Freddy was flying to Ecuador, we got approved and the day we left for this tiny little coast town we are in, the hard copy arrived to Freddy´s mom house!!!   So she calls us on the phone and, since we are on vacation, honey moon kinda mood, we do not check our phone very often and we call her back like two days after and then she gives us the great news and I was yelling and jumping all over the place and Freddy was in shock... he called her mom again "just to be sure"

We call NVC and the lady, very politely, tells Freddy all our papers are on its way to Guayaquil´s consulate (does any one know the trick to find out if the package got to Guayaquil????)

Oh!!! also guys, our lawyer had made some mistakes and in the question 11. of the Affidavit of Support he marks the I DO NOT INTEND TO MAKE SPECIFIC CONTRIBUTIONS.... can anyone help me here? if this is an Affidavit of Support I just assumed we should mark I INTEND.... Please help me out with this one...

Well, I love you all guys and since I do not have frecuent access to Internet, I will be checking this out as often as I can. All my love for you all and God Bless!!!

The most popular answer to # 11 on th I-134 is to check neither box and type "N/A petition for K-1 visa" in the space below, as this particular question does not apply to k-1. But people here have answered as your lawyer did and some answer " I intend" and still some mark both boxes. but either way the question does not apply to k-1.

As for tracking to the embassy look at this thread by Stephen and Elishia http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=219784

You can also call the Department of State to make sure it arrived at the embassy there. As soon as the embassy has it logged into their system, you can call for an appointment. Congratulations, Good luck to you, and God bless your journey!! Joe

Thx...did you read on the Canadian thread about someone had called and apparently there was a 'meeting' about Montreal. We can always hope that something will come of it. At the very least the slowness has been noted by somebody . Of course that may be AFTER our time has come and gone. lol I'm seeing people getting NOA2's in 43 days and thinking "NOW they pick up the pace.....just my sh$t luck! I may be thinking the same after my interview as well"

Yeah I've got months and months of whining left in me as well. My Richard says to me after we got the approval "Thank god...I can't bear to see you cry anymore" I hated to tell him I'm positive there will be more tears before its all said and done! lol
