I actually had a dream over the weekend that someone said the approvals would be flying after the middle of May. One of those fuzzy dreams where I don't recall the details. But I'm hoping it proves prognostic!!

I never would have believed my journey to happiness would begin with something called an "I-129F"

There is nothing wrong with that term... I was never a English Major or anything... but I think it is 'legal' :)

I was an English Major and it's a great word!!

Prognosticate - meaning to forecast or predict. Usually associated with fortune telling, reading tea leaves and predicting the weather (the weather bit added by me). I'm pretty nerdy sometimes.....it pays to enrich your word power!

I haven't seen Lars since January 13th and likely won't see him again until I go over for the interveiw. I am so ready for this to be done. I've warned everyone - don't expect to see us for a while!

Hi Everyone,

My fiance and I are waiting just as patiently as all of you, and I apologize for being quiet until now. I am just getting very anxious. Here is our story:

He is an Indian citizen, but has been in the UK since 2002. His student visa expires in July, so he will be returning to India by the end of July (if no NO2). As a result, the consulate that we have selected is Delhi, India. Does anyone think that this will create a longer process? I have hired an attorney to file for us, so I do not expect that there are any issues with our application. Any advice or support would be appreciated. Feel free to message me personally or respond to this thread.

Thanks,

Kam

Kam, what were you able to find out, anything?
