It looks like many March 2009 filers are FINALLY receiving their NOA2's this month. At the same time, it looks like many June filers are also receiving theirs. There does not seem to be much logic to this process. I just pray that all of the rest of us March filers receive our NOA2 notices too. The wait is very distressing since there is no consistency between filing dates and NOA2s. May we all get the good news we are waiting for. The USCIS finally touched our case on SUNDAY and Monday of this week and then nothing for the last two days. Before this time, the case had not been touched since the week it was submitted----very disturbing to say the least.

OMG an August approval

Are you effing kidding? Ricoculous.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

It states that after I send back my checklist and the forms, that it will take 4-6 MONTHS for an interview. Let's hope that Brian and I can have an April wedding....
