So after 149 days to NOA2, 29 days of AP, and finally getting an interview scheduled for Sept. 22nd, my fiancee gets to the interview appointment only to be rescheduled until the 25th. They said she was not in the system. WTH! She had the letter from the USEM which from what I've been told you get after being put in the system, plus her interview appointment notice. And you guys thought the USCIS was screwed up. Excuse me why I go clean my guns!

All I'm saying is this - if you've been approved and made it all the way and are almost finished - DON'T COMPLAIN! That's all.

I had the worst day yesterday.....by bedtime, I felt like I had been run over with a truck. I wrote an offer this weekend on a new contruction home, there was no lot number or house number out there yet on the house, we went by the address in MLS - we wrote an offer on the wrong house. Everyone is upset......stupid but honest mistake and really the builder's fault more than anything but guess who gets all the blame....

By the way, I believe that you will be approved soon. I don't have anything solid to base this on, other than it's past time for you.

And, when you are approved I am going to do a snoopy dance like no one has ever seen!!

I am sorry you had a bad day Missy.... Today is a new one... so let's make it a better day! with or without that damn approval... preferably with :)

Personally.... I still am of the belief that my approval will not come until after the Fiscal Year end

I have a theory...

In the letter I received from the head of the USCIS, he mentioned that files have/or will be going to CSC for the help.... so... what IF... the The RFEs were actually worked on at the CSC and everyone sent back the RFE to VCS??? That could account for some of the delay?? Just a thought.
