I am firmly in the camp that we will see July filers approved before the end of September... and at least for me (NO RFE) I will have to wait until after October 1st. Yours, with the RFE stands a reasonable chance of getting processed before the end of September, IMHO.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news.... http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=219032

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

HALF the time it took for ours. To say nothing of you and Lars, Richard and Joanna, Carl and Jessica, Kata and Freddy, and so many others who are still waiting.

Fantastic for the couple concerned. But 100% Grade-A BULLPLOP in the grand scheme of things!

Unbelievable! I am very happy for the couple.... but really really pissed at the system! There are more coming.... the USCIS wants to look really good for the end of the year.... I have been saying this for a long time... and continue to believe it.... I also believe that Vermont has offloaded cased to CSC as well, further, management are in denial!

Very frustrating when nobody will listen inside the government

Indeed. From everything I've read, the Chicago Lockbox has been sending ALL I-130s for IR-1/CR-1 status to CSC since the first of the year or so. While it's nice to see them recognizing the processing time disparities and doing something to balance the load, I think it's really crummy of them to be cherry-picking cases to pad their stats—which is quite clearly taking place based on approvals like this.

2 or 3 threads on the K-1 Process and Procedures over the course of the past day or two.

The guy is wrong about as often as he's right—he assumes that his experience is normative and universally valid for everyone everywhere—and he's just an arrogant jerk.

This was your frontloading dispute, right? We frontloaded even though we didn't know what it was called and had no reason to expect any red flags with Denmark. The only issue we have had is I forgot the copy of the divorce decree and translation.

Now, I'm glad we did - Congo/Brazzaville is a HUGE unknown. They have only re-opened the embassy in January 2009 and I don't think they have processed ANY k visas at all, so far. Lars being there with his shiny, brand new residence and work visa.....I feel sure it will not be as easy as it would have been in Denmark. But the point is, I didn't know but sent EVERYTHING anyway.

I am super depressed about the recent approvals....July! It's terrible. I remember NatPenBen from December. She was just approved in early August......I am afraid that's what we are facing. All of those December filers that were approved in a group, that's us March!

Oh please Missy, please lets hope that is not the case!!! OMG I am soooo very depressed right now. Freddy was laid out of his job and now, on top of all, we are going to need a co - sponsor. Tuesday makes a year since I last saw him and I had this huge fight with all my family due to their own stress and all the stress I have to deal with because of this cruel process. WE NEED A BREAK.

Stephen you are totally, 100 per cent right!!! this is a huge load of BULLPLOP!!!

Kata. :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:
