yeah i get what your saying now. But the way they seem operate with no logic, they would probibly not even run Kim Jong-ils' name and let him sail right through <_<

I dont know about everyone else.. but it sure would be nice to at least know why. It would be nice to know how these people operate and what the procedures are. That would at least make it a little more bearable I think.

No kidding. Case in point: USCIS approved adjustment of status applications for several of the 9/11 hijackers—six months after 9/11.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Thanks Kata!! Look, now that I have all that messy ex-husband stuff behind me, I am putting all of my mojo into good and positive thoughts for us! I already started. I was just cutting my grass and doing some theraputic and celebratory yard work and thinking the whole time, I bet 'ol Kata and Freddy are next. Hang on....we'll be doing the snoopy dance for you guys next!!

Even if we don't get our visa in time, only 61 days until I see him again.

Richard, you will NOT believe this when I tell you but.....when I asked him about our "fall back plan" in case we don't get things in time....I asked where we would meet and he said....are you ready?? Wait for it......POLAND!!

I've been THROUGH Poland but never been. He has been a lot and LOVES it there! So, I am pretty excited about that.

Any place where you can be together is a great place. And in 61 days I might meet you there, with or without the damn NOA2 :)

I think that would be awesome, really. My birthday is November 27th and that is also our "anniversary" so to speak. I hope that we get things rolling here soon but if not, I will survive it and we will see each other and it will be okay.

I did call USCIS this morning and I wanted to tell you guys about that. I wasn't the usual call and cry scene this time either! I just asked the level 2 drone exactly when will I be considered outside of "normal" processing times, no BS answers, just tell me when the best time to call again was so I could stop what I have been doing.

She said that I am really outside of "normal" processing times right now but given the RFE, she said if I don't have anything by September 26th - that is the Official day that I am officially and really outside of their processing times and then they pretty much have to snap to and do something, unless there is a problem. So, I felt okay about that. At least I understand sort of how they are tallying the dates.

I called Senator Thad Cochran's office again today too, they are a useless group of wasted space, in my opinon. I know more than they do. I am not calling them again. I am just going to wait now, until the 26th and then see what happens. It's only 11 days away.

I miss Stan!!!

We had a staff meeting this morning. No worries, I'm back to stalking VJ and NVC now. ;)
