I don't read June's thread, so I wouldn't have seen it until they updated their time line...

Well get outa that mood....how you gonna cheer me up (and Joanna) if you're all stressed and moody? We need to 'think positive' and all that sh!t. I'm positively thinking about having a few drinks tonight myself........

09/13/2010 - Received email that EAD was approved on Sept 10

10/04/2010 - Received interview letter in Mail

11/09/2010 - Interview-APPROVED! 112 days

11/09/2010 - Card Production 11/22/2010 - Green Card received

08/11/2012 - Eligible to file for ROC10/11/2012 - sent in I-751 (late)10/16/2012 - received NOA 11/20/2012 - biometrics

Hey Stephen,

I just got my letter from DOS saying the NVC has received an approved I-129F and to let me know that within a week it will be forwarded to the consulate. Did you receive this letter? I assume i am still in AP cause i havent called again this week and i've read some threads of ppl getting that letter and still being stuck in AP. Also the one time i did call the NVC they told me we were in AP and they said they would notify me by e-mail which I've never heard anyone say that they notified in that way by NVC.

Yeah, I got the same letter. It was dated September 4 and said that our petition would be forwarded "within a week." Well, today is 1 week from the 4th, and as far I know we're still stuck in that hellhole. They haven't responded to my email from this morning. I'll probably go ahead and call one more time before I leave the office.

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

I can't remember whether they said they would notify me by email. Usually they just say "when the processing is completed, we will notify you with further instructions." :rolleyes:

Hello guys,

me and my fiancee is on our last leg to get her visa. She'll have her interview at the US Embassy in manila this coming thursday. About NVC we also got an AP the 2 times i call them first they said it will take 2 weeks, the second they said they don't know. But here's the good news 2 later after the second call i got on my mail theat they approve it and they are sendng it to the embassy. Everytime i call i have no record that they received it. So to make the story short 2 weeks after my I-129F i got nvc approved it and sent to the embassy. They are not up to date, they wont email you, they wont call you. I thought i will wait month but instead it took 2 weeks.

So to all of you guys i wish you all goodluck and just pray that you dont have to wait long...
