WOW... I have seen many a rainbow, but I do not recall ever seeing a double one... that is sooooooooooo cool!

What time are you calling the NVC? :)

Elisha already called. I think she couldn't believe that the operators are as worthless as I've been telling her. She believes now.

lol, that is priceless!

Just called USCIS to continue my harassment. Arsehole who knows less than nothing told me that VSC worked their cases on FIFO basis which we all know a big pile of stinking poop. Also told me that I have to give the cases 5+1 month extra before even thinking of inquiry about it. Very helpful. great way to start another week

I know, they are sooooooooooooooooo useless..and even when you get to tier 2 there is very little information that they have and to make it even worse, there is no where to go from there... it isnt like you can ultimately get to someone that actually knows something.. there are no tier 2 supervisors.. or at least none that I have been able to get to.

Yeah, in a sense Tier II is even worse than Tier I—the poor mindless kids at Tier I will dutifully put in a service request at 5 months + 1 day, but Tier II won't entertain it until you're 30 days outside of the "current" processing time.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

agreed.... the tier II people tell me there is nothing wrong with my file and it is being processed... end of story... but the congressional unit at least tells me I am in background checks... Now... is it me in the background check or Joanna? what did they find that makes them look further? and all those kinds of questions remain unanswered.

and.....NOTHING! The tier 2 wench offered to submit it, I said yes, please like I was thrilled and that was that. I have a service request number and I am expecting an email within the next 12 hours telling me that I am within normal processing times...

I feel like a junkie that was clean and sober and clear thinking and then all of a sudden.....KABOOM! I am right back on the crack pipe......

I better tuck my bitterness back inside where it belongs and get back to what I am good at, selling houses. This waiting is kicking my A S S

Yes Missy, waiting is very very difficult indeed

You ain't kidding.

Still in "additional processing" at NVC as of 2:45 this afternoon. Just talked to my congressman's immigration caseworker, she's going to get a hold of them and see if she can pry loose any further info. Probably not, but I'll try anything at this point.

Stephen... if there is good news here, it is that you are at the NVC... and not the USCIS.. I know that doesnt help you any... but from the outside looking in, it sure seems like good news to me.

 Sorry guys. I know I shouldn't be complaining. It's just a bit discouraging... you surmount one obstacle only to encounter another one.
