Two late March and one April 1 got approvals today... that's a step in the right direction!

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

OOOh Richard, don't say that. In greece we say hope never dies! You're such a nice guy, I don't even want to imagine you sad :( Did you check to see if you had a touch too?

Wonderful letter! I'm going to use it some of it (if you don't mind), once we reach the 5 month mark. Hopefull I won't have to! Congratulations on your approval

Thanks Majid and Anna. Yea I hope you don't have to use it as well but if you do wind up needing it you are more than welcome to it. I just hope to be of some help if I can, I know how frustrated I was just a few days ago. That one simple e-mail from USCIS put the wind back in our sails.

Congratulations!!!!

I don't mean that as bad as it sounds. It (as all if you know) is just too hard getting upbeat each morning then getting depleted by days end and having to do it all over again. If I resign myself that it is another month or two away I think it will be easier to cope with. If that makes any sense.

It makes perfect sense  Whereas I'm the opposite, I keep setting a date in my mind, then I realize it's not possible. Self torture I guess...lol. It's hard, but I believe it makes us stronger, and our love stronger (cliche', i know)...but that's how I see it :star: Every day is a new day...full of hope and new adventures! I agree with you that going through this process had forced me even more to acquire patience, which has made me stronger (which is good). I also agree it had been good to us as a couple, we have learned to sacrifice and communicate (I think we would have done this anyway). I too had a date in my head. I don't know why I chose this date, alas, that date was a while ago. But yes the torture is self-imposed and that is silly. Silly to put ourselves through pain and torture for something WE have no control over. Anyway, maybe tomorrow I will feel different, we'll see.

I wish I could give you a BIG BIG hug (F) Get up tomorrow, turn on the salsa music and start the day out dancing...that always works! Or even better...greek bellydancing music!

Hang in there, Richard! If you're getting this low, it must be coming soon—remember how bummed I was just before ours came?

Speaking of ours, I got a self-congratulatory letter from my congressman today informing me of the NOA2. I hadn't been in touch with them since USCIS refused to transfer our file to CSC back in early July, and they had actually closed my file. In my desperation last week, I called and asked them to inquire again. It was later the same night that the email from CRIS came. I called the congressman's immigration caseworker back the next morning to tell her she didn't need to put in the inquiry. I seriously doubt they even had even made the inquiry yet, let alone had any effect on the NOA2. But whatever—let them have their little victory.

Yes, I remember.... maybe you are right, I know one thing... we're gonna find out :)

I had written my Congressman way back in the beginning just make them aware of the case so if I ever needed them, they would at least have some history. She told me then that she would check in on the case every 90 days. I don't remember exactly when it was... but a month or so ago, she did inquire and sent me a letter that she inquired but was still in the realm of normal processing. I only tell this story since you mention your letter... At the very least, they keep good tickler files :)
