Toooooooo quiet in here this afternoon!

Any touches, Richard? Missy? Not that a lack means anything—I didn't have any before my NOA2 last night.

Nothing except an email from Congressman Greg Harper's office. They talked to the USCIS adjudicator and it's there for adjudication.....whatever that means. I've probably irritated them so much that they are going to hang on to mine a few extra days just on principle.

I also talked to the embassy in Brazzaville this morning. Boy, was that fun!! They are supposed to email me back but the gist of what I got out of them was this - the "colleague" that handles Immigrant Visas is out for a few weeks and won't be able to answer my questions until his return.

They speak HEAVILY accented English. Think Clouseau and Pink Panther and add some African in there.....you want a reeeeeuuuum????? This is a minkey! Do you have a massage for me?? They were very nice, just a very large language barrier and a poor connection.
