Me too. The problem seems to be intermittent; as of a minute ago, it's working again—insofar as continuing to report that our case hasn't been touched since April 1 can be considered "working," anyway.

Well I called! lol The guy was very nice and he even told me to call anytime. "That's what we're here for ma'am" he said repeatedly. He told me that VSC is working on March 5th. He says they have not gotten to March 13th yet. Then he tried to explain the late March and early April aprovals that I was seeing as "potentially expedited cases" and that I should not compare other case processing dates to mine . . . blah blah blah. He told me I was only "8 days away" from the March 5th date, and to just hang in for 8 days and hopefully I would hear something by then . . .

It was kinda nice to just talk to someone about my case!

Just got home. Checked the USCIS site as was "touched" today. No clue as to what that means exactly. No email or change of status yet, but thinking of calling to see if I can get anymore info. Would be nice to hear something before the weekend. Gonna kill me to wait 2 days! :jest:

Which # is everyone calling? 1-800-375-5283 ? What's the trick to getting a live person? :P
