Thanks Stephen+Elisha and Majid Anna, I really appreciate your help. Now to my next question do I also send copies of my W2s or the Transcripts covers that and right now i don't really have much money in my account and i don't own any property now so will a letter from my employers just suffice? Thanks again.

Although I believe the official transcript is enough, personally I would send the W2s... a letter from the employer also doesnt hurt, bank statements, even with a small amount on deposit I would also send... give them NO reason to deny the visa!! :) but that is just my opinion

W-2s are a good idea.

Another good idea is to visit the consulate's web page to find out what kind of evidence they like to see. Keep in mind that tax returns and W-2s reflect past income; while they are a good indicator of your sustained earning ability over time, they do not necessarily provide evidence of current income. For that, pay stubs (6 months' worth is a good rule of thumb) and a letter from your employer are very useful.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Hello March people,

I filed I-129F on March 3rd and my NOA1 date was March 17.

I had a "touch" on Aug.12, but nothing happened.(No e-mail, No update on their website)

My fiance called the customer center today, and he was told that our case was approved!

It seems their e-mail system doesn't work well.

So I recommend "Call them if you were touched and nothing happened"

I hope everyone's good luck!

What's the best number? Not the 800 number . . .

And after 6 months I can call my senator?

After 5 months 1 day you are officially are outside of the normal processing time... therefor you can put in a service request... and personally.. that is when I would play the Senator or Congressman card.

sheesh, I had to edit this twice... my grammar and typing are sooooooooooooooooooooo bad :)

I used the online website of my bank and printed the statements myself... in theory if you are over the 125% of the poverty limit you shouldnt need it (which I am) but, like you, no stone unturned! Its just too important.

Call it and find out

Yeah I did. It doesn't have an option to speak to a human. Maybe it is buried in the prompts somewhere.
