Hello marchers

Hows your visa journey going? US embassy send an email to petitioner and ask to forward the information to beneficiary and have beneficiary complete the attached forms and submit to the embassy within 4 months.

That is in Indonesia. I thought they are gonna send packet 3 to beneficiary mail address.

How about in your country? Please share

Seoul sends Packet 3 and Packet 4 by email. We've downloaded all the forms and filled them out already; Elisha should be able to fax back her DS-230 Part I as soon as the Packet 3 email arrives, and then schedule the appointment.

All of this, of course, is contingent upon the :ranting: NOA2...

Oh, and in regard to the NOA2 validity, it is four months BUT just about all consulates will revalidate it as a matter of course. Seoul just requires an updated Letter of Intent to Marry from the petitioner to revalidate.

Edited by Stephen + Elisha

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Stephen, does Elisha have her medical done as well? I really am glad you posted your avatar... :)

Not yet, but in Seoul it's a walk-in affair. Once Seoul gets the I-129F from NVC, things move very quickly indeed—only fitting for the land of 빨리! 빨리!
