I haven't really posted much on this site, but I've been a follower of it for many months, Just wanted to let you know.. I got my approval today!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

Packet: Never received. The consulate was nice enough to send us a letter via email, along with a list of approved doctors and translators. My fiance can easily pick up the forms required when he goes for his medical and translations.

*Update 11/26/09* Medical complete! Picking up the packet was smooth and easy! One week until our interview!! Can't wait!!

Interview Date: 12/03/09

Call from embassy to go pick up his passport with visa!: 12/11/09

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

YAY! I CAN FINALLY ENJOY MY TIME IN THE VIRGIN ISLANDS!!!!!

HAPPY WEEKEND EVERYONE! AND TO THOSE WHO HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT, I PROMISE IT IS AROUND THE CORNER!!!!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!! Now go plan that wedding!!

Thanks!! Got it done.. was trying to figure it out.... Congrats to all oher's who has received their NOA2 and MISSY ... you will have your RFE done in no time and will be posting your approval by first of September.... Just remember to tell Stan to keep those sprinklers on until then.... :thumbs:

over the moon is a great place to be! I have heard it is beautiful there... I have also heard that over the rainbow is a pretty nice place too :)

Wow, 10 approvals added today! That is impressive for VSC on Friday. Strega, if you got touched and didnt get approved today then maybe on Monday. If i had it my way we would all get approved next week. Even so i am looking forward to a strong approval output.

No clue why you haven't heard anything after the touch. :crying: Was wondering what was happening with your case!

No news for me yet, but there were a few approvals the past few days that share the same date that I have. We'll see what happens next week ;)

Good morning everyone, and happy Saturday!! I am happy to announce that I am feeling pretty much back to normal (whatever NORMAL is) and looking forward to getting this RFE behind me. My main concern now is getting our stuff to the embassy in DR Congo and then dealing with them. That is a HUGE unknown factor. There just isn't enough information here on VJ about it. The embassy's website is very nice but I am really unsure about timetables there. Oh well....part of the adventure I guess. Have a great Saturday ya'll!!
