To Linda and Thom - I am going to go out on a limb here and say this - I read the replies in the thread you started, asking for advice on this subject, last week. I think that you need to go ahead and refile your application and submit whatever is missing. I think that if you appeal or ask that it be reconsidered or whatever you will lose some valuable time. I am just looking at what I consider to be the fastest and cheapest way to "git r dun" and in my opinion, that's just refile and start over. Whatever you decide, we'll all be here cheering you on!!

Thanks missmissy!!! I really apreciate your advice, to be honest I would like too the fast way, I investigated all I could so Thom now knows which are our options...

I'm tired...

To all my March friends who got their aprovals Congrats!!! Felicidades!!! I'm so happy for you all... God bless you, and I wish for you all the hapiness in the world... I would like to feel how is that exiting thing to get approved...

Missmissy I'm so exiting about your touch that must to mean you will get your NOA2 so soon.... If I'm not wrong tomorrow is your day!!!!!

Thanks guys for everything!!! is so sweet to feel that people don't know me is so interested and want to share this journey with me... because of you I didn't feel lonely... Thanks!!!

Linda

Wow, what a great day for March!

Does anyone know how long after our case arrives at NVC I should wait before I contact my SOs home consulate (Juarez :( ) ? Does NVC let you know with a letter that it has left the center? Or do they just let you know that it arrived?

Hi, I'm not a March filer. I don't know if I'm in the right thread but since there are a lot of people starting off here I just might want to share my question.

Do a lot of people use the service of immigration lawyers? which is better, do it yourself or hire? I am confused. me and my fiance is going to start this off.

Enlighten me please. Thank you.

God bless to all of you!

No, this is probably not the place you want to be.. but thats ok...

Most everyone here are the Do It Yourself kind and that is what VJ is for... so, most everyone will tell you to do it yourself... with the help of people here. So unless you have a difficult case you should have all the resources you need here on VJ.

good luck on your journey
