Keith and Else - Congrats on the approval. I recommend going to the site below for next steps. For RP, I believe you can complete the medical examination now as long as you have the email copy of the NOA2. Would also send the needed papers now in order to allow for sending time.

KataAndFreddy - I'm sorry to hear about the RFE, but at least you know they're looking at your petition. From what I have read, calling might not yield any results, but if it was me, I'd probably give it a try (nothing ventured, nothing gained). Hope it gets resolved soon.

Linda - I'm glad you're keeping the faith. With a "never give up" attitude, you are destined for success. When you stop and think about it, the really hard part was finding the right person. Now it's all just paperwork (and patience).

Thanks Stan!!! well I just needed 1 day to cry and be sad but I can't be like this all days, my head couldn't effor that ..lol...

I will wait to see why the denied was and see if I can do something about it, if they say no, I'm going to cross the border... I'll be a mojada ..lol..

I was talking with Thom and when he check some things here he realize he didn't send all the papers needed to prove.... http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...e=examples...so now we have an idea why... but we have to wait to see what are our options to fix this.....

KataandFreddy: I'm so happy to see u at less recieved a RFE I would rather got that than a denial notification so kick them asses!!! you 2 can do it!!!!

I'll be checking what happen with all my March friends and when I get the letter I hope you all can help me with this, is better have a lot of help of friends who really care a bout this...

Nos vemos pronto! see you soon...

Linda :star:

Yes, Stan, this is true despite the comments to the opposite.... however, I really feel bad... because I meant what I said... You always have very timely and wise words to the people here... I am sure, I am not the only one that feels that way...

Having said that... it was kinda funny! :)

It gave me a chuckle. And made me wonder - you didn't type your I-129f, did you? :blink:

Why thankfully no?? We typed our I-129f and all the others.. Was that bad?

Love is patient and kind;

it is not jealous or conceited or proud;

love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable;

love does not keep a record of wrongs;

love is not happy with evil, but is happy with the truth.

Love never gives up; and its faith, hope, and patience never fail.

Love is eternal.
