I was curious how many members will be filing to Remove Conditions in 2009. We'll be filing in June of this year. members who only visit VJ once in awhile, let us know how things are going.

Thanks for posting. looks like you'll be able to file pretty soon. I have a couple of months to brush up on removing conditions. the timeline on VJ shows 117 days from filing to apprval at CSC. hopefully we'll both be able to sail thru the process without an interview. maybe more will join in and we can share info and experiences.

Filed: Country: Philippines
Timeline

It's 2 years from your NOA1 date (for conditional Green Card), correct?

I think my wife's and stepson's expire in September of this year (2009). We are planning on filing right at the 90 days prior. We haven't spent any time preparing other than talking about it and looking at the cost.

We will be filing in July.... Just one more thing for them to take our money...

yeah, but look at the positive side. AOS, good for 2 years $1010. cost per year $505. Removing Conditions, good for

10 years $ 535. cost per year $53.50. Thats a bargain.
