As the medical exams done in your home country is still valid for 1 yr. For AOS application you need to take blood test for syphilis and HIV, and TB test (only if u dont have xray film) or skin test...

a civil surgeon designated by USCIS ... with special instruction of will do medical exams, and the "only" one should transfer your vaccine report (DS-2053) to the I-693A for AOS..... my question is :

Can we took my tetanus vaccine, bloodtest (syphils/HIV) for (k1) / my son varicella, skintest (k2) instead to our family doctor or clinic company that covers our health insurance????????

we're just planning to have the blood test, other vaccines results in hardcopy and attached it along with the DS-2053 , and send to the "designated" civil surgeon for the transfer of the results to I-693A??????????

Yes you can do your shots in family or public clinic and take it to the designated civil surgeon for I-693A. I don't think blood test (HIV) is needed since you've done your medical overseas which I'm sure this was done there. only TB shots if not yet done unless I miss something?

Yes you can do your shots in family or public clinic and take it to the designated civil surgeon for I-693A. I don't think blood test (HIV) is needed since you've done your medical overseas which I'm sure this was done there too. only TB test if not yet done unless I missed something new? Good luck!
