Not sure what happens as I found it in my email and was expecting it to come in the post. But we have our interview the 24th of April, faster than expected, we're so excited (enough to cry) and scared all at the same time. finally we can see a glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel :dance::dance::dance:

Feb 2005: We met

April 2005: Began dating

Dec 16 2006: We got married in Texas

Sept 6 2007: Mailed I-130 to TSC

Sept 10 2007: TSC receives I-130

Dec 28 2007: I-130 NOA1 mailed

Dec 31 2007: Received I-130 NOA1

Feb 24 2008: Put into system case now at VSC

April 29 2008: Touch

April 29, 2008: Approved - Case Status Online message of approval

April 30, 2008: Last updated date & message changed. Still approval message, but a different one

May 01, 2008: NVC Received & Case Number Assigned

May 12, 2008: DS-3032 & AOS Bill Generated

May 17, 2008: DS-3032 emailed to NVC

May 27, 2008: DS-3032 received by NVC

April 24, 2009: Interview at London Embassy - APPROVED!!!!!!

Thanks everyone, he got his medical arranged today, April 3rd.

Its so exciting.

I had an RFE on our AOS package and I sent it back in, however in the appointment letter it says they never got those papers we sent in (I guess the NVC forwarded the package without those papers?) even though I sent it certified and it was signed for. Has this happened to anyone else? Does he just take them all to the embassy with him?

Yes, make sure your husband takes copy of all the documents you submitted at NVC just to be on safe side.

Congratulation...

I think, he should carry copy of all the papers including I864 packet and DS 230 and all other evidences...Don't let anything untouched....
