If I forward my mail with Canada Post, do they let you forward to an American address?

You won't be able to keep your ON license. When you apply for your PA one, they punch a hole through it and give you a temp one that day, until your permanent is mailed to you.

You can find that out definitively on canadapost website, but I believe so yes.

My health card, I didn't bother to do anything. When it expires I obviously just won't renew it.
