HI

WE NEED HELP PLEASE...

I'VE JUST CALLED NVC AND GOT OUR CASE NUMBER

JUST WANT TO ASK WHAT DOES PACKET 3 AND 4 MEANS?

AND IS THE DS FORMS THAT WE NEED TO FILL OUT IS SOMETHING THAT WE WILL RECEIVED IN THE MAIL OR WE DOWNLOAD IT ONLINE? IF DOWNLOAD SHOULD I PRINT THAT OUT ON SHORT OR LONG BOND PAPER?

WHO SHOULD ACCOMPLISH THE FORM? THE PETITIONER OR BENEFICIARY

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY FIANCE BIRTH CERTFICATE AND PASSPORT? - HIS THE PETITIONER BY THE WAY

WHAT COULD B THE POSSIBLE REASON WHY SOME FAILED BECAUSE OF MEDICAL EXAM?

IS THERE ANYBODY THERE FROM THE PHILIPPINES WHO PROCESS K1 VISA? MAY ASK FOR SAMPLE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS?

THANK YOU FOR HELPING US!!

Read the K-1 flowchart above (guides)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

moving from K-1 General to PI Regional for Regional specific answers.

OP please read the K-1 Guide as suggested above and see the sticky thread for K-1 in Manilla at the forum I am moving this to. A bit of research will help clear many things up for you.

Please read first the K1 guideline. Use the example form(one of the VJ tab) as your guide. Also, do a keywprd search. There are lots of responses from previous post.

Please don't use all caps and bold letter. We are willing to help you but please dont shout at us!

After reading them, list the specific questions that are confusing to you. :)
