I'm needing to fill out the form to remove conditions on residencey status. Me and my wife just purchased a new home last month. Do I have to do a change of address form AR-11 1st? Please help. Thanks Dynamo Dean :dance:

You can do it online I believe.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Yes, fill out form AR-11 which you can file online and print for your records and any sponsor/co-sponsor needs to fill out and mail form I-865. Make sure you read the mailing instructions since they are very detailed on how to mail the form.

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

You can do it online I believe.

Also the person who is SPONSOR, needs to file an I-865 to change sponsor's address.

I would also contact USCIS to confirm address change, no sense in something important like (I-751 NOA1, Biometrics, or Interview letter) getting lost in the mail.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
