He's unimportant yet not negligible. Forward-thinking Republicans should seriously consider just b!tchslapping him around a bit.

I guess it shows the sad state of the Republican party as it is today.

I think there are those that support Rush, but i don't think he has the support of the majority of the party. Running a campaign of interference instead of cooperation could backfire during the next election cycle.

He is saying what they are thinking. They benefit because he gets the thought out there to the base and they get to claim innocence.

His shtick worked back in the 90's when things were different. This country has less angry white men now.
