Based on the purpose of many of us coming to this place that I like to know the individual idea or meaning of love. I want to know from individual knowledge what is meaning of the word love and what do you really understand by it …

love is based on respect.

1.) do good things

2.) by doing good things earn respect for yourself

3.) find someone who has done the same

4.) do good things for each other

5.) this is love

the smoochy hot steamy stuff is neat, and a good enuf glue for a few months, but is not enough if you don't have love (good behaviour, self respect, and willingness to give).

fantasy based desires about what somebody else will do for you is just ####### that will cause you to waste your resources and time in pursuit of the unreasonable or unatainable.

Nature's way of forcing us to stay together in a mutually beneficial economic relationship in order to successfully raise offspring to some meaningful independence. Nature is not perfect. Love fails like kidneys. Makes no sense sometimes like wisdom teeth.

hmm love is never giving up, thinking about the other person and their needs, wanting to keep a smile on their face, love is unconditional, love is kind and does not hurt, i hope that when im married twenty years just seeing perviz walk in the room makes my heart beat faster and still takes my breath away, loves does not always mean u agree with each other about every topic but that u are willing to compromise/

im sure i can think of a lot more but at this very minute in time is all i can think of
