my husbanh has his interview very soon... i need to ask about the phone bills, i have a land line only and i buy cards and call him..how can i get the proof of the calls between us? any ideas please.

Land line should show usage - numbers dialed.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Sounds like a calling card was used with the land line, the land line bill will just show calling the calling card access number.

Some calling cards have websites that will show the card's usage.

In out case we never used calling cards or telephone to call, we used Skype to make all the calls Skype kept a log of all calls to land lines.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

thank you for answers , i'm so confused now..

The calling card we used (and still use to call family and friends) has a website. If you go to that website, create a membership and password you can get a detailed list of every number called. The actual number dialed, not the access number. The card we use is called "Continental", you can use "PINless" dialing. Program it into your cell phone and you can dial direct without entering a PIN. In actuality we do not carry a "card", it is refilled from any computer online by debit from our bank account and they even have "auto refill" to refill your card for a desired amount when it goes below a balance of $1.

The Continental card, along with lots of others is available at the "PennyBoss" website.

I think in your situation it will be easier to prove your relationship. You married your husband before you came to the United States and you are both from the same country.

Try to put together all the calling cards you both used so he can show those to the CO. Also show pictures of you two together. If you have sent him mail, letters, etc then those would be good to bring to the interview as well.

Married: May 28th, 2007

Arrived in the US: December 10th, 2008
