2009 poverty guidelines for a family of 4 is $22,050

using the standard 125% of guidelione then this will translate into a $27,562 requirement

YMMV

Is income of $ 24000.00 enough to sponser 4 family member including myself?

plz i m really confuse,

i have good & permenant job.

so wot i need to show for I-864?

Thanks alot

You will either have to have assets to cover the difference (like $17810 in cash savings (5 * difference)), other assets, or a co-sponsor.

The I-864 instructions have all the things you need to show for it.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Still Short... (if you just use their assets. They can, however, co-sponsor)
