I am in the US military, and i was just wondering what type of letter of employment does my finacee' need to bring at the interview? What should be included in the letter and who needs to write it? Can it be any supervisor that ranks over me? or does it have to be a commander? Or can i just simply photocopy my military ID and show my pay stubs? Any military out there that can help me? Thanks in advance!

My husband has his commanding officer write a letter saying he has been in the military since XX.XX.XXX, rank, yearly pay and that was about it.

He also included his paystubs and the copy of his military ID.
