Conditions and Evidence

Hi Everyone,

We are filing at the end of this month when the GC expires. We also have a trip coming up to my husband's country in late June. We've already purchased the tickets and have an itinerary. Does anyone recommend including itinerary as evidence, it has both our names on it? And hoping the NOA1 comes in times in time for the departure in late June.

Keep in mind that you're eligible to file the I-751 WITHIN 90 days prior to the Green Card expiration date. Please do it sooner, rather than later! And the itinerary along with all other evidence should not hurt you, I wouldn't think/

Not just eligible but you HAVE to file BEFORE the gc expires. Also USCIS goes by date of receipt NOT mailing date so mail way early.
