Why do my numbers change on Igor's List?

Hi everyone!

Question for all of you and hopefully someone knows the answer.

On Igor's list, my fiance and my names keep changing numbers.

One day we are 1117 and the next we are 1123.

Is there a reason for this?

It (the list) is not a Que/line you/we're waiting in - it changes - often due to people updating their timelines (either adding them, or simply inputing new information) - this will tend to stabilize as you get closer to your projected adjudication date(s).

Just to add to what Karin posted, Igor's List is merely a member database using Visa Journey statistics. The members at VJ are a very small percentage of the actual petitions handled by the USCIS.
