Whats up lately with all the filipinas trying to explain, in broken English, some scheme that their "friend" is trying to pull???? All these stories are so discouraging and no wonder there are so many REAL couples going through hell to get their lives finally together!!!

Not all hehehehe, just few of them. Maybe there circle of friends are involved with foreigners. It's a good friend, seeking advice for a "friend" hehehehe. Exactly, its discouraging and its sad to know that there are people taking advantage in getting visa knowing the fact that there are REAL couples going through hell to be together........And while some people it's so easy for them to talk about this or getting visa but they just use or do it to get to US or to any places abroad

I believe visa fraud is more prevalent then we think. I lived in many places in Europe and in the USA and I received over time a couple requests to petition for a visa, the last one from a woman from Finland, she was ready to pay me $10K for it. Of course I did not go for it, but so much money could be tempting to many.

It does also work the other way too. I married a US citizen over 20 years ago and divorced 7 years later, she then sold my first nationality to a serb. A lot of money can be made that way and where is the money there's crooks!

they are not in good terms since dec 2008 and the guy email the girl that its better to find another guy but the girl want to work out their relationship but the guy dont call no txt no email they talk once in a while...so the girl finally decided to join the dating site again in feb and it happens that the Georgia guy come here in the philippines bcoz his company send him here for 2 mos of work...and they met personally on feb 22 and she explain her current situation the guy is willing to take his risk on filling annulment but the girls ex husband tell her i want the best for u i know u waited for the approval so long thats why better to push it and will just talk what we need to do when u got here...and the girl was hurt bcoz all of this time her ex husband still inlove with his wife... so now the current situation the girl talk to the atty about annulment but the atty advice them that its better if the guy will file a divorce in the US for fast and cheaper way then just send her a copy so she can authenticate it to the embassy...then the girl ask her ex husband to cancel the k3 petition which she is scared to get ban in US coz she want to be there in legal way so the guy just cancel the k3 petition today and he will file divorce as soon as he can...
