We are moving to Austin in August of this year from Dallas. I will be filing for removal of conditions in May 2010. Do I need to send a change of address form when we move in august 2009 or just put our new address on the removal of condition papers in 2010.

Ok this is a bit off topic - Has any one heard of the $15k rebate that the govt is giving to first time home owners? We will be selling this house which is in Daniel's name coz he bought it long before we married. We will be buying a new one in Austin and if I am put as the owner and he cosigns. Will we be elligible for the rebate as I will be a first time home owner?

You need to send the AR-11 changing your address when it occurs, you're obligated to do so, DO NOT wait to change address when you file for removal. :thumbs:
