In spite of the March 6 processing date listed at VSC for I-129F petitions, I was REALLY encouraged today to see that our file (received by VSC May 15) was touched. We are being sent an RFE, not the response I was hoping for, but at least there is movement in petitions other than those recalled due to IMBRA. Hopefully that will encourage some of the others of you waiting too!

Does your online status show that you're being sent an RFE ?

I got an email today, 6/19, saying i was getting an RFE. I assume it is an IMRA one since I got nothing from NOA1 in May till today

Yep, that´s your IMBRA RFE, everyone who hasn´t submitted with the new form will get one.
