forms .. expired?

i ordered the form carbon copy like biographic info where she needs to sign etc. But its expired? what is going on? can i use that? are they going to give me trouble?

If you are talking about the G325A, that form is not expired. That form has been the same for just over a year.

The form that expired, and of which there is now a new one, is the I129F, the fiance petition form. You can find a new one here: http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-129f.htm

I ordered by mail 129f, they keep sending me the old one!?

May be I should try after it expires which is 6/30/06

If you use the old I-129f you will, at a minimum, get a Request for Evidence concerning questions you'll answer with the new form. (And it isn't clear what USCIS is doing now, they might return the packet and ask that you use the new form.) It would probably be faster for you to use the new form.

Many of the USCIS forms have expired according to the dates, however they are still the current one being used.

Edition date 5/31/05. Prior versions acceptable only through 12/31/05
