How worried should I be?

Yesterday we received a RFE requesting evidence of the petitioners income via payslips and contracts, which we gathered together and sent off.

I requested AP, which I have not received yet and the reason I'm worried is that I am supposed to be having a marriage ceremony in England on July 11th and I'm not sure that we're going to make it.

What is the likelihood that I won't receive my AP? Or that our interview will be scheduled in July (can you reschedule an interview)?

Interview passed 6/30/09

Filed for ROC 6/21/11

I would think you'd have AP in plenty of time for a July 11th wedding. If it gets to be June and you still don't have it you could make an Infopass appointment at your local USCIS office to apply for emergency AP.

Slighty different situation...

She needs to go back to Canada for some family stuff by the end of April. Our NOA1 date was Feb. 17th and the average processing time puts her right around mid to end of April. Should we be worried or is it likely that we'll slip by in time.
