Here's my experience.

>>5am- arrived at USEM. It's too early and dark so I just stayed at the car first. If you will bring cars with you, you can park at Museong pambata they usually open at 6am. Rate is affordable.

>>6:15am - Went to the entrance. There are 3 lines there 2 for tourist visa and the 3rd one is for immigrant visa including k1 and k3. The line isnt that long. At the guard you should prepare in hand your printed email appointment letter and 1 valid id.

>> At gate 2. bags will be checked, so be sure not to bring electronic gadgets.

>> You will now go to the immigrants room (its the blue sign with the blue chairs inside, i was confuse where to go that time so I asked someone haha they are approchable so don't hesitate to ask anyone if your lost).

>> While seated and waiting for the counters to open. There will be an employee who will assist with the forms.

>> You will be ask to go the ticket counter to submit your forms (2 DS-156 [with 2x2 picture on both forms paste it and be sure that you follow the guidelines, not smiling, showing ur ears], 2 DS-157 [1 with bank validation, they dont need the receipt anymore], 1 DS-156k and email appointment letter). The lady will just ask where is ur passport, what did St. Lukes told you about your passport and then they will give you the Air 21 form.

****Note: Please check your forms properly, dont leave any blanks especially on the DS-156 and 157. From what I've noticed many we're delayed and we'rent given a number because they didnt answer some on the forms.

>> Once, your given a number. You will be ask to be seated again and wait for ur name to be called for the finger scanning. (So listen carefully and be attentive)

>> After the finger scanning, you will be ask to sit again and this time wait for your number to flash on the screen. There are screens everywhere but I was too OC with it so I seated near the windows so I can walk easily haha. They flashed number randomly so like what I said be attentive because the lady there said that if your number will be flashed and your not there you will be called a little late than expected.

>> When my number was flashed, I was 7022. I went to window 26 for my pre-screen. Like what they are always saying here pre-screeners are Filipinos also and will talk to you in tagalog.

Questions asked to me by the pre-screener:

--- What is your name?

--- Who is your petitioner?

--- How did you met and when?

--- If my travel abroads are for tour and how long?

**** Then she asked for my Birth certificate, NBI clearance, CENOMAR, i-134 and recent tax return, pictures, and emails. And I was advice to prepare my original proofs of engagement just in case consul will look for it. And then, I was asked to take a seat again and wait for my number to be flashed for the final interview with the consul.

>> Waiting to be interviewed by the consul really took me a long time. It was already 10am when they started flashing 70** numbers. And this time numbers are flashed in order.

>> Finally, my number was flashed at room/window 31. When door is closed it means someone is still inside so just sit on the blue chair and wait for someone to go out. It's now my turn. The consul that was assigned to me looks very young, he looks like in his late 20's, early 30's. He looks pretty nice. When I got inside he smiled at me and said "Hi" then I said "Goodmorning Sir".

He was still typing something so I just waited for him. When he was done he asked me to place my right thumb at the scanner. Then I was asked to raise my right hand to swear that I will tell the truth ....... I said, "yes, Sir".

Here are the questions that he asked:

--- Who is your petitioner?

--- How old is he?

--- Is my last travel abroad for a tour?

--- When was the first time that I met my fiance?

--- When was the last time?

--- How long did he stayed here for the last time?

--- What is his work? What does he do with his work?

--- Am I married before?

--- Do I have children?

--- Is he married before?

--- Does he have children?

--- Where in US does he live?

--- Does he have brothers or sisters? Is the sib older or younger?

And he was asking me the questions while scanning our pictures and emails. And he is just glancing at me and always nodding after Im answering his questions. After his last question, he signed our papers and stamped it with their big stamper lol;p and told me "Ok, maam your visa is now approved, Pls. proceed to window ..... and wait for ur name or number to be called." Then I asked him, if the number is the same with what i have. Then he said, yes and with a big smile. I told him "Thank you sir" and he said "your welcome".

Maybe I can say my interview just took me less than 5 mins. It sounds that I have few questions but most are answerable by a word so it was quick.

****Note: Just be confident enough. And be sure that you know very well your fiance. Because based on my experience, they didnt asked anything about myself. Most are about my fiance. And maybe still a case to case basis.

>> I went back to the blue chair again and waited for my name to be called. I was surprised coz it was so quick haha;p So after my name was called I went to the releasing window. (This time prepare the Air 21 form that you fill out because it will be asked from you. He stapled my email appointment letter, air 21 form and the famous "PINK SLIP" haha;p You will be instructed to pay the visa delivery fee at the air 21 booth and go home and rest. lol (yeah he really said that!)

>> At the Air 21 booth, you will be given a number and wait again to be called. This is just quick so don't worry. I paid P/ 205.00 since my place is just near metro manila. They will give you the receipt and just now I just received a text message from them for my track number.

>> When I got back to the car i texted my fiance and i told him the great news. We're soo happy. Finally we will be together and wedding will be soon. We're so excited!

*** Note: I did it and many of us did, So i believe that all those who are still waiting for their interview will be able to share a great story also. I wish everyone a goodluck with their interview.
