Hello All,

I am new to this forum and I find it very informative..

Anyways, I am filing for I- 485 (married through US citizen) and I have a question regarding

question # 1 on Part 3 of the form when it ask:

"Have you ever been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, excluding traffic violations?"

About 8 years ago, I was under age and drinking alcohol and got in trouble for it and got a ticket for it :crying: ..I do not recall if I was ever fingerprinted at that time.. However, the judge dismissed my case after proving that I sincerely regret my action at the time.. I recently checked the Superior Court website to see the case status and it does confirm it was "dismissed".

Will that appear when I do my biometrics exam in the future? Also, will that also affect my chances of getting approved for my GC?

Your response will be greatly appreciated..

Thank you all..

Where did this happen? and what is your immigration status at the moment? What visa did you enter the US on?
