no notice from usem yet.

Timeline

The NVC sent my approved fiancee petition to USEM in manila on FEB. 18 2009

but until now my fiancee havent recieve any kind of notification from the them.

Aren't they suppose to notify her?What we suppose to do?

Call the embassy and make a interview appointment. Have your lady do her St. Lukes medical ASAP.

She can use the NOA2 approval notice.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

I am already done with my medical last week and will have my interview on march 11.NVC sent my approval to usem manila last feb 20 and usem received it last feb 24..until now i have not received anything from USEM but i was able to go to my medical by showing them a copy of my email confirmation which i received when i scheduled my interview and a scanned copy of the noa2 my fiance got with my eac # and mnl case #. try to call up the usem call center and schedule the interview.

Visa Interview: March 11, 2009

Visa Delivered: March 14, 2009

St. Mary's Katipunan QC: March 16, 2009 got my CFO sticker

Flight: April 14, 2009

Marriage: April 16, 2009

AOS

May 18, 2009 - sent AOS

June 16, 2009 - Biometrics

June 17, 2009 - case transfered to CA

Sept. 23, 2009 - Green card received

the letter of notification that i got from manila embassy took more than a month before i received it,i just called fedex and verify if i do have a letter from them that they havent sent..then after a week i received it.

I agree with Haole. :thumbs: plus not everybody receives notification from the USEM (i don't know why). I called USEM a week after NVC sent my papers to USEM.

06.24.2010 - Check cashed

06.28.2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy received (9 days from the day they got our papers)

07.05.2010 - Received Biometrics Schedule (July 26)

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)
