If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

If there is magic ~ praying it comes today cuz Lucky Thursday didnt work for us at all :(

Today is day 269 for I130 & day 209 for I129F, according to a call I placed to uscis around the 21st of Feb I was told it "shouldnt be much longer for a response & we should receive a reply way before uscis deadline of April 1st since our RFE was only a request for the foreign language marriage certificate."

Tomorrow marks 9 months since we filed our I130 ...

Well April 1st is 17 days away - are they really going to wait until the last day to approve us? I mean this is really just becoming really ridiculous.

Angel, hope you hear soon!! Don't send anything else to USCIS unless asked for, or it may cause problems. I would get your congressional offices involved and see if they would be willing to put in an inquiry.

Esposadetucho - Not much you can do right now but wait. Your cases should arrive soon, or they are sitting in the NVC mail room and haven't been processed yet. Hang in there, I know its tough!!

I can't believe how this ####### unfolds for everyone.... I don't know where I would be without everybody on VJ. Can you imagine trying to do this without the VJ support????? OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is hard for me to see everyone who was approved the same day as me and a few after me have thier papers received by the NVC and sent to the embassys already.... I'm so tired of dealing with people who have no sense of urgency.

I am absolutely sure ur files in sitting w/ the rest waiting to be inputted especially that u have confirmation from the congressional office that they were sent from VSC to NVC. Hang in there, it's bound to turn up sooner than later. And don't worry my file is stuck in AP so not everyone left u behind and moved on to embassy. And for what it's worth I dont think u're a loser. U r simply just like everyone else, FRUSTRATED AND WANT UR HUBBY HOME!! I CAN SO RELATE!! (F)

Jen, good luck! I can imagine how frustrating it is! I got both my case #s and still I feel I want my file to be processed and am anxiously waiting for our AOS bill to be ready! I want to pay it already!! I've never been this eager to pay a bill in my entire life :lol:
